Saw's Sweet & Spicy Glaze

This glaze is great for grilled chicken, pork (chops, tenderloin, ribs), salmon, duck breast, and shrimp.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Saw's Sauce
1/2 cup apple jelly

Directions
Combine ingredients in a small bowl, stir with a whisk until smooth.

Saw's Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Saw's Sauce
1 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Pulled Pork and Saw's Sauce

Ingredients
11/2# your favorite pulled pork
1/2 cup Saw's Sauce

Directions
Combine pork and Saw's in a large bowl.
Toss gently to coat.

Saw's Bloody Mary Mix

Add more horseradish or your favorite hot sauce if you like it spicier.

Ingredients
4 cups low-sodium tomato juice
1/2 cup Saw's Sauce
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher.
Serve with vodka and ice.

Saw's Tomato Salad

Use your favorite tomatoes.

Ingredients
3 ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/3 cup Saw's Sauce
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Directions
Arrange tomatoes slices on a platter and drizzle with Saw's.
Sprinkle with feta and basil.

Saw's Jezebel Sauce

This is great on country ham biscuits, over cream cheese, sandwiches, as a glaze, on shrimp, chicken, and pork.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple preserves
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup Saw's Sauce
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well with a whisk.

Saw's Turnip Greens

Ingredients
4 bacon slices, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Saw’s Sauce
1 pound coarsely chopped cleaned turnip greens

Directions
Cook bacon and onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
